  Jacques Bermon Webster II (born April 30, 1991) is better known under his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott), is an American rapper, singer and songwriter as well as record producer. The stage name he uses is a combination of the name of his beloved uncle and the name of Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi and Scott Mescudi) and it is his first major-label deal with Epic Records. Scott also signed a publishing contract with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April 2013. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's first album, Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in the year 2013. The mixtape was followed by a second mixtape, Days Before Rodeo, in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was the first studio album by the artist. The single that became a hit "Antidote" was the lead track. The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was the first Billboard 200 top 100 album. Scott's sophomore album, Birds in the Trap: Sing McKnight (2016), was made in collaboration with Quavo. The album was called Huncho Jack Huncho and featured his first Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. In late 2019, Scott's label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys which debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. Scott's track "Franchise" which featured Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, debuted. Scott was the first performer on The Hot 100 to have three songs reach number one within one year.
